1. This work is shown by appointment only.

  2. In order to make an appointment you must pay a $100,000 (non refundable) fee. If you buy the work, the $100,000 fee will be deducted from the sales price. If you do not buy the art work NO refund will be given. The fee must be paid by bank money transfer from your account to ours. After the transfer is verified the appointment will be confirmed.

  3. If you decide to buy the work, Payment must be made by:

  a)  Bank Wire direct to our account.

  This works will not be released to a packing company without a completed Shipping Form from purchaser. Payment for work must be settled in full, before being released to packing company.

  4. All sales are final. NO refund or exchange will be made. Buyer pays the purchase price plus any sales taxes unless exempted by law, buyer in the US pays applicable state or local sales or use taxes, if you take possession of property in California.

  5. This work is sold as is. No claims are made as to the craftsmanship, quality or longevity (we do not guarantee any work will last a thousand or even a hundred years) of the materials used.

  6. Adust Art will arrange to have purchased Property packed, insured and forwarded to the Purchaser at your request, expense and risk. The Purchaser is aware and accepts that Adust Art does not operate a professional packing service and shall provide such assistance for the convenience only of the Purchaser. Adust Art will forward the work to a professional art transport company. All such works are packed at the Purchaser’s risk and then transported by a carrier chosen at the discretion of the Purchaser, or if you prefer the Adust Art. Insurance, handling and shipping charges will be at the Purchaser's expense.

  7. Copyright and Reproduction Rights are Reserved by the Artist. Artist is willing to negotiate on this point if needed. All other rights go to the Purchaser.
